3. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer refunds on any of our programs, under any circumstances, unless you did not create an account in a 24 hour period for said program. Once account is made you forfeit the right for a refund. There will be significant challenges you need to overcome and each person is different, therefore we make no assumptions or guarantees and neither should you. Enrolling in any of our courses is a mutual agreement between all parties. We agree to provide you with training and you agree to pay for it. Anyone who is under a payment program please take note that each payment is expected on time. If for any reason a payment is not made, all logins, Facebook pages, and anything else that you are signed up for related to that particular program will be forfeited and all logins will become invalid until payments have been made.

4. YOUR ACOUNT

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the StoreFormula Products and Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that StoreFormula may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERT

You agree that StoreFormula, including but not limited to StoreFormula Products and Services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement StoreFormula Products and Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by StoreFormula and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the StoreFormula Products and Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the StoreFormula Products and Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from StoreFormula. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the StoreFormula Products and Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the StoreFormula brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, StoreFormula and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any StoreFormula products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the StoreFormula brand at any time without notice. In no event will StoreFormula be liable for making these changes. StoreFormula may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of StoreFormula services, in any case and without notice or liability.

All copyrights in and to StoreFormula (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by StoreFormula and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF StoreFormula, EXCEPT FOR USE OF StoreFormula AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

StoreFormula, the Jon Mac logo, other StoreFormula trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with StoreFormula are trademarks or registered trademarks of StoreFormula in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with StoreFormula Products and Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
